Returns & Exchanges

How It Works

To get started, have your order number and the email address used to place your order. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of the fulfillment date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, stains, pet hair, or alterations may be denied and returned to the customer.

Gift cards, final sale items, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges on eligible U.S. orders within 45 days of fulfillment.

To initiate an exchange, submit your request through our return portal and follow the instructions provided. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

After the original item is received and inspected, your replacement item will be shipped. Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned for either:

  • Store Credit
  • Refund to Original Payment Method

After submitting a return request, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the label.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to verify that it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or refunded to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please select the appropriate return reason and upload photos through our return portal.

These claims are reviewed by our team before approval. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds and store credits are issued once returned merchandise has been received and approved.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after your return arrives. Once approved, refunds typically appear on the original payment method within 1–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product defect.

If a replacement item is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund for the returned item.

Promotional Items

Free promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange on their own.

If an order containing a promotional item is returned for a refund and the promotional item is not returned, the retail value of the promotional item may be deducted from the refund amount.
